Shipping Policy
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping times shown at checkout.

Processing Time​​
All orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Frozen Item Shipping
Frozen items are shipped in thermal boxes with dry ice packs. Please be aware that if they arrive thawed or if there’s a delivery delay, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Shipping for frozen items occurs on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. Shipping on Wednesdays is possible depending on the state. Note that we cannot ship frozen products to Alaska and Hawaii due to frequent delays.

Shipping Charges
We offer flat rate shipping of $11.99 for orders under $65.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Local Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for orders over $25 within a 10-mile radius of West Roseville (orders must be placed before 3:30 PM).
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us! We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your items. All returns must be authorized by SENTRO in advance.

Return Guidelines
Request Process: Email us at sales.sentromarket@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Packaging: All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Condition: Items must be unused and unopened.
Information Required: Returns must include the name of the original purchaser.
Refunds: Refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees.

Unacceptable Returns
Products that are tampered with or damaged due to customer negligence or use. Items that have been opened or partially consumed. Delays or failures in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, bad weather). Exchanges are not available due to the nature of grocery products.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.
