We will ship all frozen items wrapped in a thermal box liners with added dry ice packs. If there are uncontrolled circumstances that will delay the delivery of these items unfortunately we will not be able to offer refund or replacement. Shipping schedule for frozen items are Monday & Tuesday only to allow delivery within 3-5 working days.

 

Customers from Alaska & Hawaii- we are not be able to ship frozen products to these states due to frequent delays in shipping.
