FROZEN PRODUCTS

Note: For frozen items, we use thermal box liners and dry ice packs to maintain the proper temperature during transit. However, please note that due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., items arriving thawed or delayed deliveries), we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. By ordering frozen items, you acknowledge this risk.

To minimize delays, frozen items are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. In certain cases, we may also ship on Wednesdays, depending on the destination state.
